の室外熱交換器３，４を第２の切換弁１３を介し
てコンプレツサ１の吸込側または吐出側に切換接
続する四方弁５に接続の第３の通路１２と、前記
第２の通路８に設けられる第１の弁１０と絞り１
１と、一方を前記第１及び第２の室外熱交換器３
，４と第２の切換弁１３の間に接続され、他方を
前記第２の通路８の第１の弁１０と絞り１１との
間に接続される戻し通路１５と、前記第２の通路
８と並列に配され、前記第１及び第２の室外熱交
換器３，４に選択的に接続の第４の通路１９とよ
