A swinging member having a swinging tube and swinging around the fixed shaft, and a pivot shaft parallel to the fixed shaft provided on a part of the swinging member, the swinging member being pivotally supported by the swinging member. A tension pulley and a first locking portion formed at one end are locked to the fixed member, a second locking portion formed at the other end is locked to the swinging member, and the tension pulley is pressed against the belt. In an autotensioner having a torsion coil spring that imparts directional elasticity to a swinging member, a sliding bearing is provided between the outer peripheral surface of the fixed shaft and the inner peripheral surface of the swinging cylinder. An autotensioner characterized by having a sealing material installed in the part leading to the space. (2) The autotensioner according to claim 1, wherein a sealing material is provided between the outer peripheral edge of the circular seat plate supported on the head of the bolt and the inner peripheral surface of the opening of the swing cylinder. (3) A hollow tubular fixed shaft provided on the fixed member and fixed to the substrate by a bolt inserted through the inside, and a swing cylinder fitted externally to the fixed shaft via a sliding bearing, and the above-mentioned A swinging member that swings around a fixed shaft, a tension pulley that is pivotally supported on the swinging member by a pivot parallel to the fixed shaft provided on a part of the swinging member, and a tension pulley formed at one end. The first locking portion formed at the other end is locked to the fixed member, and the second locking portion formed at the other end is locked to the swinging member, and the elasticity in the direction of pressing the tension pulley against the belt is applied to the swinging member. In an autotensioner having a torsion coil spring applied to the fixed shaft, the housing includes a first housing piece fixed to the fixed shaft side and a second housing piece fixed to the swinging member side. An auto tensioner characterized by having a sealing material provided inside the part that communicates with the space in which the torsion coil spring is provided. (4) A solid damping device is provided between the mutually opposing circumferential surfaces of the swinging member and the fixed member, with one axial end coupled to the swinging member and the other axial end coupled to the fixed member, The autotensioner according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the amount of deformation of the spring and the amount of deformation of the solid damping device are set independently of each other so that the amount of deformation of the spring and the amount of deformation of the solid damping device are different during use. . (5) The solid damping device is a cylindrical rubber tube, and the small-diameter fixed shaft, the medium-diameter rubber tube, and the large-diameter torsion coil spring are arranged concentrically with each other. auto tensioner.
