筒体上部部分だけを除去した場合も残存筒体部分
の上端部内面には必ず突条１１が位置することと
なつて、栓６或いはキヤツプ等を閉め忘れた場合
でも、その突条１１で収納物の転がり出しを防止
することが出来る。更に又上記各突条１１…は収
納物外径よりも僅かに小内径としたから、筒体１
