Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent the content of a package from jumping out therefrom accidentally when it is being unpacked by a method wherein the seal strength of an opening part through which to remove the content is made smaller than that of the adjoining seal part. CONSTITUTION:The subject package has a thin seal part 7 at the right side and a thick seal part 8 (a seal part adjoining to the seal part of an opening) about twice as thick as the seal part 7. The thin seal part 7 has a V-shaped seal part 7a and a horizontal seal part 7b (opening part) and a horizontal seal part 7c remaining closed with the thick seal part 8 interposed therebetween. Unpacking margins 5 are held with the fingers of both hands and the unpacking is started by peeling off the V-sealed part 7a. When the peeling-off is progressing from the horizontal seal part 7b toward the thick seal part 8, an unpacking load to peel off a seal part 6 is abruptly increased, as its seal thickness is about two times that of the horizontal seal part. Therefore, further peeling-off beyond the thick seal part 8 is interrupted, so that a tester 3 can be removed from a package 1 through an end 8a of the thick seal part 8. This eliminates the possibility of the tester 3 being jumped out to the outside accidentally.

BACKGROUND ART As a conventional packaging body for packaging articles such as test devices, a beer opening type as shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 is known. In the package a shown in Fig. 8, a test device (article) C is placed between two packaging sheets having the same shape, opening shields d and d are provided separately, and the periphery of the packaging material is sealed. A seal portion e is formed. According to this package a, the test device C is opened by holding the opening sheets d and d in hand and peeling off the seal part e.
At this time, since the seal width of the seal part e is constant, it is necessary to open the seal part e with care so as not to open it too much and drop the test device C. The packaging body 2a in FIG. 9 consists of two packaging materials 2b having the same shape.
A test device (article) 2c is placed between the containers with the desiccant f facing down, the periphery of the packaging material 2b is sealed to form a sealed portion 2e, and an opening cut 2d is provided in this sealed portion 2e. According to this package 2a, in order to take out the test device 2C, the test device 2C inside the package 2a is opened by holding the left and right sides of the opening cut 2d with fingers and breaking the two packaging materials 2b.
At this time, the test device 2c must be taken out while being careful not to let the desiccant f splash out together with the test device 2c. [Problem to be Solved by the Invention 1] However, the package a shown in FIG.
, d with your fingers and peel off the seal part e, unless you are an experienced person, you may open the seal part e too much even if you are careful, and the test device C will come out and end up on the desk or floor. There is a risk of dropping the test tool C and causing it to be lost or contaminated. Furthermore, when the package 2a shown in FIG. 9 is opened and the test device 2c inside the package 2a is taken out, there is a risk that the desiccant f will flow out together with the test device 2c and contaminate the surrounding area. Therefore, the present invention was made in view of the above circumstances, and when opening a package, articles may fall out, and when taking out necessary articles from the package, even articles that do not need to be taken out, such as desiccant etc. To provide a package that does not fly out. [Means for Solving the Problems 1] In order to solve the above problems, the packaging body of the present invention is provided by placing an article between packaging materials, sealing the periphery of the packaging materials, and unsealing the sealed portion of the packaging materials. The package is configured such that the article can be taken out by taking out the article, and the seal strength of the opening portion of the seal portion from which the article can be taken out is the seal strength of the seal portion adjacent to the seal portion of the opening portion. It has a smaller structure. Further, the seal strength of the seal portion is preferably determined by the size of the seal width. Further, the seal width of the seal portion may be large only in a certain section in the unsealing direction from the terminal position of the unsealed portion. Furthermore, one of the packaging materials may be a container. [Function] According to the package having the above structure, the seal strength of the seal portion of the unsealed portion is smaller than the seal strength of the seal portion adjacent to the unsealed portion, so when the unsealed portion is opened with a predetermined force, the seal portion adjacent to the unsealed portion When moving to the sealed part, the unsealing load suddenly increases, and the unsealing stops, and the unsealed part is only opened until the part of the sealed part where the item can be taken out, and the seal is not opened beyond that point because the seal strength is high. , items that need to be taken out are less likely to accidentally fall out. In addition, if the seal width of the seal part is larger than the opening part, the opening part can be opened with a predetermined force, and the opening can spread from the opening part where the article is taken out to the adjacent seal part. When transferring, the opening load suddenly increases, so the opening stops at the seal part where the seal width is large, almost preventing the item that needs to be taken out from accidentally flying out. In addition, if the seal width of the seal part is wide only in a certain section in the opening direction from the end position of the opening part where the product is taken out, opening will stop at the seal part of the thick fixed section, and the seal part with the large seal width will When taking out items that need to be taken out, it is possible to prevent items that do not need to be taken out, such as a desiccant, from flying out. Furthermore, even if one of the packaging materials is a container, the same effect as described above can be obtained. [Example J Hereinafter, an example of the present invention will be described in detail based on FIGS. 1 to 7. FIG. 1 is a plan view of the package of the present invention, and FIG. 2 is a plan view of the package of the present invention.
3 is a sectional view taken along line I-II II, and FIG. 3 is a perspective view showing the usage state of the package. A test device (article) 3 and a desiccant (article) 4 are placed between the packaging material 2, and in this state, an opening seal 5.5 is separately provided, and the packaging material 2
The packaging material 2, which is formed by sealing the periphery of the container to form the seal portion 6, is made of a resin film, and its material is not particularly limited, but thermoplastic resin is usually used. Among these thermoplastic resins, for example, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyethylene terephthalate, polystyrene, polyvinyl chloride, etc., or those obtained by forming a thin layer of metal such as aluminum on these resins are used. Among these, polyethylene with a thin aluminum layer formed thereon (commonly known as an aluminum bag) is preferred because it has low gas permeability and light-shielding properties. Further, although the shape of the packaging material 2 is rectangular, it is not particularly limited, and may be circular, oval, square, polygonal, etc.
It is preferable that the shape of the test device 3 and the desiccant 4 are matched to each other. Then, prepare two packaging materials 2 as described above. Put the test device 3 and desiccant 4 between these packaging materials 2, and
The contents of the test device 3 and desiccant 4 are stored in a sealed state by bonding the seal portion 6 as shown in the figure with an adhesive, heat fusion, ultrasonic fusion, or high frequency fusion. As shown in FIG. 1, this seal portion 6 includes a narrow seal portion 7 on the right side and a wide seal portion (a seal portion adjacent to the seal portion of the unsealed portion) that is approximately twice the seal width of the narrow seal portion 7. There are 8. Furthermore, this narrow seal portion 7 includes a V-seal portion 7a, a parallel seal portion (opening portion) 7b across the wide seal portion 8, and a parallel seal portion 7c that is not opened.
There is. The reason why this seal portion 6 is formed as described above is as follows. In other words, 5.
5 with both left and right fingers, peel off the seal from the V-sealed part 7a of the narrow-sealed part 7, and begin to open the seal, and then open the parallel-sealed part 7b.
When the wide seal part 8 is applied after peeling off, the force for peeling off the seal part 6 is about twice as large, and the opening load suddenly increases.
The opening will stop. The tip 8a of this wide seal portion 8 allows the test device 3 to be taken out from inside the package l.
Since the test device 3 is set at a position where it will not fly out, the test device 3 will not fly out due to excessive opening of the packaging material 2. Furthermore, the diameter S of the desiccant 4 is set at a wide seal portion 8 .8, so even if the test device 3 is taken out, the desiccant 4 will not come out. The test device 3 has an elongated flat support 9, and a test piece IO is attached to one side (side A in FIG. 2) near the tip (left side in FIG. 2) of the support 9 with double-sided adhesive tape. 1) is attached. The support 9 is made of, for example, a resin material such as polystyrene or polypropylene, or paper, and is preferably water resistant. The test piece IO is a test paper supported (impregnated) with a reagent according to the purpose of testing the test device 3. For example, in the case of a salt test strip for urine testing, one test piece is obtained as follows. Soak a piece of filter paper in the first liquid shown in Table 1 below and then dry it.Next, soak the dried piece of paper in a second liquid,
Then dry. Further, the same operation is performed for the third liquid and then the fourth liquid, thereby obtaining a red test piece. This test piece changes color to blue when exposed to a certain concentration of chlorine ions, and does not change color below a certain concentration. It may also have pieces attached to it. In this example, the test layer is formed by adhering the test piece 1O to the support 9; however, the test layer is not limited to this, and for example, a liquid containing a reagent may be applied to the A side of the support 9. Other methods such as forming a test layer by drying may also be used. The desiccant 4 is stored on the side of the support 9 to which the test piece 10 is not attached (side B in FIG. 2). Thereby, when the test device 3 is taken out from the package l, the desiccant 4 is not caught on the protruding test piece lO. In addition, in order to reduce the frictional resistance between the support 9 and the desiccant 4 when taking out the test device 3, it is preferable to apply lubrication treatment to the B side of the support 9. Examples include a method of reducing the surface roughness of the B side of the support 9, or a method of coating the B side of the support 9 with a film of silicone, Teflon, or the like. By performing such a lubrication treatment, the test device 3 can be easily and smoothly taken out from the package 1. In addition, in FIGS. 1 and 2, the tablet-shaped desiccant 4
However, the shape of the desiccant 4 is not limited to this, and may be any shape such as a plate, a pellet, a rod, or a package thereof. In particular, the desiccant 4 may have a large contact area with the B side of the support 9. The more effective the present invention is. Further, the desiccant 4 is an example of a deterioration preventing agent, and may also be an oxygen scavenger, activated carbon (for deodorizing, organic gas adsorption), or the like. Moreover, two or more anti-deterioration agents may be housed on the B side of the support 9. Next, a method of using the package having the above structure will be described. A test device 3 and a desiccant 4 are housed in the package l. Moisture inside the package 1 is absorbed by the action of the desiccant 4, and deterioration of the test piece 1o due to moisture is prevented. To take out the test device 3 from the package l, grasp the opening seal 5.5 with your fingers and gradually apply force.
Peel off b and start opening. When this opening reaches the tip 8a of the wide seal portion 8, the wide seal portion 8 closes to the narrow seal portion 7.
Since the width of the seal is approximately twice as wide as that of the seal, the load on opening the seal increases suddenly, and unless the seal is peeled off with great force, the seal will stop opening at the -Dan wide seal portion 8 (see Figure 3). Thereafter, the test device 3 is taken out from inside the package 1 and subjected to various tests. At this time, this wide seal portion 8 is provided in a position where the test device 3 and desiccant 4 do not jump out, so the test device 3 does not come out accidentally, and the diameter R of the desiccant 4 is Since it is smaller than the dimension between the wide seal parts 8 and 8, it does not fly out along with the test device 3. FIG. 4 and FIG. 5 show a package 2 which is another embodiment of the present invention.
The difference from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is that there is no parallel seal portion 7c with a narrow seal width, and this portion is also provided with a wide seal portion 21 with a wide seal width.
It is used when there is no need to store the desiccant 4. Other configurations and operations are similar to those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, so reference numerals are attached to the drawings and detailed explanation thereof will be omitted. FIGS. 6 and 7 show a package 22 which is another embodiment of the present invention.
The difference from the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3 is that one of the packaging materials 2 is a container 23, and the test device 3 is
The point is that it is used when , etc. are large. Other configurations and functions are the same as those of the embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, so reference numerals are attached to the drawings and detailed explanations thereof are omitted. [Effects of the Invention] As described in detail above, the present invention According to the packaging body of the invention, the package is opened up to the opening part where the article is taken out in the sealed part, and the seal strength is high so that the package is not opened beyond that point, and the stored article is unlikely to fall out. Therefore, the article is not damaged. There is almost no chance of the item being lost or contaminated by jumping out, and the stored item can be taken out smoothly and used. In addition, even if the seal width of the seal part is larger in the adjacent seal part than in the unsealing part, when moving from the unsealing part to take out the item to the adjacent seal part, the opening load suddenly increases. Therefore, opening is stopped at the seal portion where the seal width is large, and it is possible to almost prevent items that need to be taken out from accidentally flying out. Therefore, the same effect as described above can be obtained with a simple configuration.Furthermore, if the seal width of the seal part is wide only in a certain section in the opening direction from the end position of the opening part from which the article is taken out, the opening of the seal part with a large width is difficult. The wide seal part prevents items from falling out. Therefore, in addition to the above-mentioned effects, when an article to be used is taken out, the remaining articles such as desiccant are blocked by the large seal portion and do not fly out. Furthermore, even if one of the packaging materials is a container, the above-mentioned functions and effects can be achieved, and in addition, a large number of articles can be stored. So, the first
