保持されると共に、このシールランナとの相対す
る面の間に形成されたステツプ状又はテーパ状の
隙間を有するシールリングと、このシールリング
と前記シールホルダとの間に設けたセカンダリシ
ール部材とを備えた非接触形の静圧シールにおい
て、前記セカンダリシール部材として周方向に一
体にリング状に形成したリング部材を用い、この
リング部材の前記シールホルダに対向する内周面
に周方向のリング状溝を形成すると共に、このリ
ング状溝を前記シールリングの低圧側に連通させ
る複数個の軸方向に沿う溝を形成し、更にこの軸
方向に沿う溝を避けて前記リング部材にその外周
面側から内周面側へ貫通する高圧流体の供給孔を
