おいて、上記切換弁のバルブハウジングを吸込側
通路上に介在させ、このバルブハウジング内にロ
ータを回動自在に収容するとともに、このロータ
には開放通路と絞り通路とを設ける一方、このロ
ータを回動させる回動手段を具備し、ロータの回
動位置によつて開放通路が開口する開放位置と絞
り通路が開口するミスト位置とに切換える構成に
