【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) ロータの吐出側の端部と軸受との間のロー
タ軸に非接触式のフイン状シールと接触式のリツ
プシールとを配置するとともに、両シール間に均
圧用の空隙を形成し、この空隙に内部が負圧状態
となつたとき外部から空気を吸引する逆止弁を設
けたことを特徴とするスクリユー式過給機の軸シ
ール構造。 (2) 前記逆止弁を、弁座を備えた流路が形成さ
れた弁本体を備え、この流路内に弁座を開閉する
弁体を装着するとともに前記弁座の閉塞時に外部
と連通させて流路内の圧力を逃がす小孔を形成す
る一方、前記弁体の流路内の移動を規制する弁押
えを弁本体外部から挿入して構成したことを特徴
とする請求項1記載のスクリユー式過給機の軸シ
ール構造。
