(Prior Art and its Problems) A conventional eye drop container is generally composed of a container body, a nozzle member, and a cap. and,
The nozzle member is removably attached to the container body because it is necessary to put the medicinal liquid into the container body. However, when the nozzle member is formed as a separate member from the container body, the following problems arise.

Since the diameter of the nozzle member is small, dimensional accuracy becomes a problem. If the dimensional accuracy is not high, the nozzle member and the container body may not be reliably connected. This problem is particularly likely to occur if the nozzle member and the container body are made of different materials.

Since eye drops are generally sold in large quantities, processes such as injecting the eye drop into the container body, inserting the nozzle member, and screwing on the cap are all performed by high-speed automatic filling machines. If the connection between the nozzle member and the container body is not secure, it often happens that the cap is screwed on without the nozzle member being inserted in high-speed automatic filling machines, and moreover, the cap is screwed on. The problem was that this defect was difficult to detect once it had been detected.

Another conventional example is an eye drop container shown in FIG. That is, the nozzle portion is integrally formed, a lid c is attached to the bottom b of the container body a, and the hole d formed in the bottom b is closed by the lid c. The lid c is separately formed from a flexible material such as rubber, and by pressing the lid c, the eye drops can be dripped into the eye from the nozzle portion. The container body a in this case was often made of glass. The lid c is the bottom part b of the container body a.
Attached by fitting or screwing. In this eye drop container, the lid c is formed from a separate member, which increases manufacturing costs and complicates the manufacturing line.In addition, since the surface of the lid c is bulged, it is difficult to stand the container body a upright. There was an inconvenience that I couldn't do it.

(Purpose of the invention) In view of these conventional problems, the present invention is designed so that the nozzle part is formed integrally with the tip of the container body, and the bottom cover is partially connected to the rear end of the container body with a band. It is an object of the present invention to provide an eye drop container in which the bottom cover can be forcibly fitted to the rear end of the container body, thereby eliminating the problems of the prior art.

(Structure of the invention) The eye drop container according to the present invention is an eye drop container made of a synthetic resin material, in which a container body with an open bottom end and a nozzle portion disposed at the tip of the container body are integrally formed. A cap is removably attached to the nozzle part, and a bottom cover, which is forcibly fitted to the lower end opening of the container body, is integrally attached to the lower end of the container body via a band. The eye drops are rotatably connected as a fulcrum, and after the eye drops are filled into the container body, the lower end opening of the container body is closed by the bottom lid.

1 to 4 show an embodiment of the eye drop container according to the present invention, where 1 is a container body and 2 is a cap. The container body 1 and the cap 2 are made of synthetic resin material. It is preferable that the container body 1 is made of a slightly soft synthetic resin material, and the cap 2 is made of a slightly hard synthetic resin material.

A nozzle portion 3 is integrally formed at the tip of the container body 1. The nozzle portion 3 has a shape whose diameter gradually becomes smaller toward the tip, and an injection port 5 for the chemical solution is formed at the tip. Reference numeral 6 denotes a recess that fits into a sealing protrusion 7 formed on the inner surface of the top plate of the cap 2, which will be described later. The recess 6 is provided at the tip of the injection port 5, and when the projection 7 of the cap 2 is fitted, the injection port 5 is closed.

Reference numeral 8 denotes a bottom lid of the container body 1, and the bottom lid 8 is integrally connected to the lower end of the container body 1 via a band 10, and the bottom lid 8 is rotatable around the band 10. It is said that An annular recessed groove 11 is formed on the outer circumference of the inner surface of the bottom lid 8, and the lower end opening edge 12 of the container body 1 is fitted into the recessed groove 11. Reference numeral 13 denotes a locking piece formed in the groove 11, and a locking protrusion 14 that receives this locking piece 13.
is formed at the lower end of the container body 1. Then, when the bottom lid 8 is fitted to the lower end of the container body 1, the locking piece 13 engages with the locking protrusion 14, and the groove 11 of the bottom lid 8 engages with the locking protrusion 14, as shown in FIG. By fitting the lower end opening edge 12, the container body 1
is occluded. Reference numeral 15 denotes an annular projection, which enhances the sealing effect between the container body 1 and the bottom lid 8. Note that the fitting structure between the bottom lid 8 and the container body 1 is not limited to that described above. In other words, the bottom cover 8 may be fitted into the lower end opening of the container body 1.

A step 20 is formed at the boundary between the container body 1 and the nozzle portion 3, and an annular locking protrusion 21 is formed on the step 20. Therefore, when the cap 2 is fixed to the tip (nozzle part 3) of the container body 1, the locking protrusions 19 formed on the cap 2 lock with the locking protrusions 21 (see Fig. 4). ).

When the cap 2 is placed over the tip of the container body 1 in this way, the tip of the nozzle portion 3 is wrapped inside the annular protrusion piece 17, and the sealing protrusion 7 is placed inside the recess 6 formed at the tip of the nozzle portion 3. The spout 5 can be completely sealed. In addition, since the cap 2 is to be attached and detached each time the eye drops are applied,
The structure must be such that it can be easily attached and detached.

To fill the eye drop container constructed as described above with a medical solution, the cap 2 is attached to the tip of the container body 1, and the container body 1 is placed on a production line with the bottom lid 8 open. After filling the container with eye drops, the bottom lid 8 is fitted onto the lower end of the container body 1. The bottom cover 8 and the container body 1 may be fitted together by simply fitting them together or by welding the fitting portions using high frequency waves or the like to ensure that no liquid leaks.

(Effect of the invention) As described above, in the eye drop container according to the present invention, the nozzle portion is integrally formed at the tip of the container body, the bottom cover is integrally connected to the lower end of the container body via a band, and the nozzle portion is integrally formed at the tip of the container body. Since the bottom cover is designed to be forcibly fitted to the lower end of the container body, each member is integrated, making it easy and reliable to assemble the containers on the manufacturing line where chemical solutions are placed. In addition to increasing manufacturing efficiency with a simple manufacturing device, there are no defective products such as missing nozzle members as in the past, and the product can be shipped with peace of mind. Further, since there is no need to separately manufacture a plurality of members, costs are reduced. Furthermore, since the bottom cover is integrally connected to the lower end of the container body via the band, in other words, the container body and the bottom cover are connected by the band, so that the bottom cover is connected to the lower end of the container body. After the bottom cover is fitted into the container, there is little risk of the bottom cover turning and accidentally coming off from the container body, and there is no fear of liquid leakage.
