Claims

[Scope of Claim for Utility Model Registration] (1) A vehicle comprising a brake activation means that applies brake pressure to the wheels of the vehicle, and a fluid supply means that supplies brake operating fluid to the brake activation means in accordance with the amount of depression of the brake pedal. A brake device for use in a vehicle, comprising: a control valve disposed on a fluid input side of the brake activation means for controlling brake working fluid supplied to the brake activation means; a rotation detector for detecting a rotational speed of the wheel; and a rotation detector for detecting the rotation speed of the wheel. and control means for controlling the control valve so as to release the brake working fluid from the brake activation means just before the output from the brake activation means becomes zero.
