用配管において、上記配管を流路を横断するよう
に分割すると共に分割端部にそれぞれ接合継手フ
ランジ部を形成し、これら接合継手フランジ部間
に挟んで上記内管内にオリフイスを形成するオリ
フイスプレートを設けると共に該オリフイスプレ
ートの上流側並びに下流側となる上記内管の所定
位置に上記断熱材層と上記フランジ部とを貫通さ
せて一対の差圧取出タツプを設けたことを特徴と
するオリフイス流量計を有する高温高圧流体用配
