台１７とを有しており、 ブリツスル押え弾性板１２は、多数の風吹出孔
２２を有し、かつブラシ台１７の外表面上にのせ
るとともに、その両端１２ａ，１２ｂをブラシ台
１７の両端１７ａ，１７ｂに着脱可能に差し込み
係止しており、 ブリツスル１１はブリツスル押え弾性板１２の
風吹出孔２２，２２間に植設されており、 ケース背覆い板１３は、前記溝形筒部１５の溝
開口面側とは反対側の背面側の外表面上に覆いの
せるとともに、その両端に設けた板押え部２５，
