Part 1: The polyolefin wax in the fat is incorporated into the magenta pigment and may be deeply dispersed. There is a problem that the winding property and the winding resistance are reduced by 4°.

This method was completed based on the discovery that it is possible to prevent the migration of the E-pigment to the binder resin, thereby suppressing the deep dispersion of the polyolefin wax into the binder resin.

A test was conducted in which fixing was performed by changing the fixing temperature, and the winding occurrence temperature and offset occurrence temperature were measured. The heat roller fixing device used consisted of an upper roller having a coating layer of PFA (tetrafluoroethylene/perfluoroalkyl vinyl ether copolymer) and an F roller having a coating layer of silicone rubber. The load on the upper roller is 1.5 kg/c+n, and the linear speed is 140 mm/s when measuring the winding temperature.
5. The offset generation temperature was measured at 4 (1 mm/s). The results are shown in Table 1.

The offset generation temperature is high and the offset resistance is excellent. Therefore, the temperature range at which C1 can be properly fixed is wide, making it easy to control the temperature of the heat roller fixing device.

Therefore, both the winding resistance and offset resistance are poor.

As a result, the polyolefin wax is deeply dispersed in the binder resin, and the oozing of the polyolefin wax is insufficient.
Poor winding resistance and offset resistance.

Since deep dispersion of the polyolefin wax is suppressed in the binder resin made of polyester resin, the polyolefin wax oozes out from the surface of the toner particles during toner fixing, resulting in excellent offset resistance and Demonstrates wrapping resistance.
