ネルの取付け構造において、前記パネルの一方の
端部の裏面に該裏面とほぼ平行なブラケツトを固
着し、該ブラケツトに、弾性変形可能なクリツプ
の頚部の外径とほぼ等しい内径の２個の係合孔を
、前記クリツプの頚部の外径より幅が狭く、かつ
頚部が弾性変形することにより通過しうる溝孔を
もつて結合してなるクリツプ保持孔を、前記溝孔
がパネルの屈曲部の方向を向くようにして穿設し
、該クリツプ保持孔に頚部を嵌合したクリツプに
おける抜け止め手段を有する差込み部を、被取付
け部材に穿設した取付け孔に嵌合することにより
、パネルの一方の端部を被取付け部材に止着し、
かつパネルの他方の端部を、同部に装着した別の
クリツプを被取付け部材に穿設した別の取付け孔
に嵌合することにより、被取付け部材に適宜止着
