部に三角チツプ取り付け用切り欠き部３を形設し
、この切り欠き部に工具の回転方向に合わせ、工
具軸に若干の傾斜を付した超硬質材料からなる三
角チツプ８を回動自在に軸着すると共に、工具軸
にチツプ固定ロツドガイド４を穿設し、このロツ
ドガイドの上部に工具本体の外周に通じるロツド
案内レバー移動溝５を連接し、ロツド案内レバー
６を有するチツプ固定ロツド７を挿通させ、この
ロツド案内レバー６の操作によつてチツプ固定ロ
ツド７を上下動させ、これによつて三角チツプを
固定し、或はフリー状態になるようにしたことを
