【発明の詳細な説明】
(産業上の利用分野)
この発明は重量物を持ち上げる装置に関するものであっ
て、特に予め重量物に取りつけておくことにより、持ち
上げから押送に至る作業を連続して行うことができるよ
うにしたものである.(従来の技術および発明が解決し
ようとする課題)従来、工事現場等で用いられる持ち上
げ装置としてはジャッキが普通であり、このジャッキは
手動式のものでも相当の重量物を持ち上げることができ
るが、このものは本来、持ち上げるべき重量物の下方に
差しこんで使用するものであって、このためには所要の
重量物の下方に予めジャッキが入るだけの空間を作る作
業が必要であり、重量物を随時持上げる場合、あるいは
持ち上げ後、さらに移動する等については不便である.
(課題を解決するための手段)
これに対し、この発明は主として予め所要の重量物に予
め取りつけておくことにより、その場で扛上ずることが
できるようにしたものであって、その持ち上げる機構を
、そり状に湾曲された硬質弾性板により構威してなるも
のである.(発明の実施例)
この発明の持ち上げ装置の実施例を図面について説明す
ると、全体は第1図に示すように水平に保持された方形
枠lの下面に、予め下方に向けてわずかに湾曲した硬質
弾性板2を、その一端縁を方形枠1の一辺3に軸4によ
り取付し、他端緑をこの方形枠1内に係合された摺動杆
5に軸6により取付するとともに、方形枠lの外方から
方形枠を貫通して送りネジ杆7を設け、この送りネジ杆
先端を摺動杆5に設けたメネジ部材8に螺挿し、この送
りネジ杆7の基端に設けた、固設あるいは着脱式のハン
ドル9を介して送りネジ杆7を回動することにより硬質
弾性板2の湾曲度を変化させ、方形枠lを所要高さに昇
降するようになっている.なお、10は送りネジ杆7に
固着したつば部材を示す.また、この場合、硬質弾性板
2としては強化テフロン樹脂板が用いられている.
(発明の効果)
この発明の装置は、+11方形枠1を予め自走重量物あ
るいは静止重量物の下面に取りつけておき、所要時に、
送りネジ杆7を回動して重量物全体を持ち上げるか、あ
るいは全体を別の場所に移動するのに使用する.(2)
通常は、重量物と別の場所に格納しておき、必要時に方
形枠1を下降してその上面に重量物を載架し、上昇後、
湾曲している硬質弾性板2を揺動移動台として全体を所
要場所に運んだのち、重量物をおろして定置させるのに
用いられる.
第2図は上記Illの例を示し、自動車に取りつけた場
合を示す.すなわち方形枠1を2個一組として自動車a
の後輪の左右車輪間に車軸を挟んで車体下面に止着し、
送りネジ杆7のハンドル9を自動車の車体後面の操作し
やすい位置に臨ませておく.こうして、通常は硬質弾性
板2を上昇状態に保持しておき、自動車全体を持ち上げ
る必要が生じた場合、例えば後輪が側溝に脱輪した場合
等には点線で示すように硬質弾性板2を極度に湾曲させ
て自動車全体を上昇させるものであり、脱輪状態から1
人で脱出できるようにしたものである.第3図は同じく
、これを室内に設置する重い家具に取りつけた場合を示
す.すなわち方形枠lは家具bの底根下面に添着され、
