用電源の給電停止時に上記補助電源からの給電で
動作して上記磁気抵抗素子の検出信号を基づくデ
ータを磁気バブル素子に引き渡し、通常時用電源
が立ち上がると磁気バブル素子の検出データをカ
ウントし出力するカウンタとを有してなるアブソ
