- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 回転楕円面鏡の一方の焦点に配置された赤外線
ランプにより他方の焦点に配置される被加熱部の
溶融で単結晶を成長させるものにおいて、 上記回転楕円面鏡の本体に取付けられて赤外線
ランプを支持するホルダに枢軸を設け、この枢軸
を回転中心として上記赤外線ランプを上下方向に
沿つて揺動可能に配置したことを特徴とする赤外
線加熱単結晶製造装置。
