Abstract

PURPOSE:To offer a structure for measures against preventing radiant noise, whose operability in assembly and maintenability in exchange operation of a control board or the like are excellent, by a constitution wherein a control board of a sliding system is held partially from an upper direction and a lower direction. CONSTITUTION:A grounding metal fitting 1 is provided with the following: substrate contact parts 2 which hold a control board 11 from an upper direction and a lower direction and which come into contact with a copper foil face 12 of the control board in many points; upper and lower guides for board insertion use which act as guides when said control board 11 is inserted. The grounding metal fitting 1 is mounted on a mounting part 7 of the grounding metal fitting from the upper part and the lower part; it is fixed by using a screw 10; after that, the control board 11 is slid and inserted; thereby, a mounting operation is completed. 上記従来技術で、制御基板の周囲数点をネジで直止めす
るタイプの構成に対してはネジの本数が必要以上に増大
するのは勿論のこと、組立作業性、基板着脱における分
解交換等の保守性が悪いと云う不具合があり、スライド
式制御基板の後部に別ピースの金具をセットするタイプ
の構成においては、それ自体も当然必要な対策であるが
、これのみでは充分な効果を得ることができないと云う
不具合があり、また、制御基板の底面部に一般市販品に
よる部材を取付けるタイプの構成においては、その部材
自体がかなり高価なものとなりトータル的なコストアッ
プにつながるのは勿論、一般市販品による部材の形状に
制御基板側で対応せざるをえない為、制御基板にある程
度の制約条件を課せられる結果となる。更に、制御基板
底面のみの接続である為上方向からの抑え構造を設ける
必要があるというと云う不具合があった。
