Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the dimension, prevent the slop-off of a coil spring in transport and reduce the high frequency noise in operation by fitting the second coil spring onto the outer periphery of the shift part from the closely attached winding part at the lower edge of the first coil spring to the pitch winding part and press-fitting the first coil spring into a lower part retainer. CONSTITUTION:The second coil spring 15 is press-attached onto the closely attached winding part 12 so that the gap in the part shifting from the closely attached winding part 12 of the first coil spring 13 to the pitch winding part and the gap between the closely attached winding part 12 and a lower retainer 10 and removed, and is allowed to act as the damping of the first coil spring 13. Further, the second coil spring 15 is fitted with the first coil spring 13 by previously screwing the spring 15 into the closely attached winding part 12 in the assembly of a compressor, and the fitted first coil spring 13 is assembled with the lower retainer 10 through press-fitting. Thus, the gap in the shaft part from the closely attached winding part 12 and the gap between the closely attached winding part 12 and the lower retainer 10 are removed, and the high frequency noise in these closely attached winding parts 12 at the separation instant can be reduced during the operation of the compressor.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION (A) Industrial Application Field The present invention relates to a compressor support device used in refrigerators, showcases, etc., in which a compressor main body is elastically supported within a sealed case by a coil spring. .(Expression) Conventional technology Conventionally, this type of compressor support device was developed in U.S. Pat.
As disclosed in Publication No. 87, etc., there is an upper retainer formed on the frame constituting the compressor main body, a lower retainer attached to a metal fitting fixed to the inner wall of the sealed case, and a large diameter retainer at the upper end. The coil spring has a tightly wound portion with a small diameter at its lower end and a fill spring inserted into both retainers, and when the small diameter tightly wound portion of the coil spring is press-fitted into the lower retainer, the large diameter tightly wound portion of the coil spring is inserted into the lower retainer. By inserting the upper retainer into the winding section, the compressor body is elastically supported within the sealed case. By forming the lower end of the coil spring into a small-diameter tightly wound portion, such a support device promotes downsizing of the compressor by preventing the diameter of the sealed case from becoming too large. By inserting it into the lower retainer, the coil spring was prevented from coming off even when the compressor was being transported. (c) Problems to be Solved by the Invention However, according to the above-mentioned structure, due to the relationship in which tightly wound portions are formed at the upper and lower ends of the coil spring, the pitch of the transition portion from the tightly wound portion to the pitch wound portion is different from the normal pitch. The pitch is designed to be smaller than the pitch of the coil spring.For this reason, when the load of the compressor main body is applied to the coil spring, the pitch of the transition part becomes even smaller, and this transition part, that is, the pitch of the coil spring when it is separated from the retainer. There has been a problem in that the gap between the parts is small, causing high-frequency noise, so-called chatter noise, to be generated when the compressor is in operation. The purpose of the present invention is to reduce high-frequency noise during operation with a simple configuration while preventing the coil spring from coming off during transportation. (2) Means for solving the problem The compressor main body is supported in the sealed case by an upper retainer attached to the inner wall of the sealed case, a lower retainer attached to the inner wall of the sealed case, and a first coil spring having a small diameter tightly wound portion at the lower end and inserted into both the retainers. A second coil spring is fitted to the outer periphery of a portion of the lower end of the first coil spring that transitions from the tight winding part to the pitch winding part,
The first coil spring is press-fitted into the lower retainer with the second coil spring fitted therein.

Owing to the above-described structure, the compressor support device of the present invention allows the second coil spring to constantly press the portion of the first coil spring that transitions from the small-diameter close-wound portion to the pitch-wound portion at the lower end. between the first coil spring and the lower retainer,
Alternatively, it is possible to prevent vibrations that occur when the transition portion of the first coil spring is separated, and to reduce high-frequency noise. Also,
Since the first coil spring can be press-fitted into the lower retainer with the second coil spring already screwed into place, the work of installing the second coil spring and assembling the compressor can be done easily. (f) Examples Examples of the present invention will be described below based on the drawings. Reference numeral 1 denotes a hermetic compressor in which a compressor main body 6 consisting of a compressor section 3, an electric motor section 4, and a frame 5 to which both of these parts 3 and 4 are attached is housed in a closed case 2. The compressor main body 6
consists of an upper retainer 8 formed on the arm portion 7 of the frame body 5, a lower retainer 10 attached to a metal fitting 9 fixed to the inner wall of the sealed case 2, and a large-diameter tightly wound portion 11 on the upper end and a lower end on the lower end. a first fill spring 13 having a small-diameter tightly wound portion 12, formed so that the pitches other than the tightly wound portions 11 and 12 are equal, and inserted into both the retainers 8 and 10;
A support device consisting of a synthetic resin pusher 4 fitted into the large-diameter tightly wound portion 11 of the first coil spring 13 and interposed between the spring and the upper retainer 8 allows the inside of the sealed case 2 to be It is elastically supported. A second coil spring 15 is fitted onto the outer periphery of the small-diameter tightly wound portion 12 of the first coil spring 13. This second coil spring 15 has an inner diameter smaller than the outer diameter of the tightly wound portion 12 of the first coil spring 3, and is designed to fit tightly into the trough of the tightly wound portion 12 when fitted to the tightly wound portion l2. It is formed. The second coil spring 15 is arranged in such a manner that the gap between the tightly wound portion 12 and the pitch wound portion of the first coil spring 13 and the gap between the tightly wound portion 12 and the lower retainer 10 are eliminated. It is pressed into contact with the winding portion and functions as a damper for the first coil spring 13. Further, this second coil panel 15 is fitted onto the first coil spring 13 by screwing it into the tightly wound part 12 in advance when assembling the compressor, and the first coil spring 13 into which this second coil spring 15 is fitted is fitted. is assembled by press-fitting into the lower retainer 10.

It is easy to assemble and assemble the compressor. still,
A small-diameter tightly wound portion 12 is formed at the lower end of the first coil spring 13, and since the tightly wound portion 12 is press-fitted into the lower retainer 10, it is possible to promote miniaturization of the sealed case 2. First coil spring 1 during transportation of the compressor
The previous advantages such as prevention of No. 3 coming off can also be maintained. {G} Effects of the Invention As described above, according to the present invention, high-frequency noise during operation can be reduced with a simple configuration while promoting downsizing of the compressor and preventing coil springs from coming off during transportation. Also, the second
When assembling the compressor, the coil spring can be fitted into the corresponding part of the first coil spring, that is, the part near the separation, by simply screwing it into the tightly wound part of the first coil spring and press-fitting it into the lower retainer. The work of installing the second coil spring and the work of assembling the compressor can be easily performed.
