中心部に直立して固定される第一の軸と、この第
一の軸の外周に軸受を介して嵌合される第二の軸
と、この第二の軸に一体に設けられた取付座板に
固定される電動装置と、この電動装置の出力軸に
固定される駆動ギヤと、この駆動ギヤに噛合し上
記操作板に固定される従動ギヤと、上記電動装置
の移動を拘束するストツパとを具備したことを特
