Claims (1)
- 中にランプが収納される透紫外線の内管３と、
この内管を包むように配置された透紫外線の外管
２とからなる二重管構造をし、内管と外管の隙間
５に水を流して水冷するようになされた紫外線硬
化光源用の水冷ジヤケツトに於て、内管及び外管
の内外表面の少なくても１つに、金属膜を蒸着形
成した反射膜９からなる反射体が設けられている
ことを特徴とする紫外線硬化光源用の水冷ジヤケ
ツト。
