アガイド用突起と摺動接触する側面部が谷状の係
合溝を有するガイドローラを回動自在に取り付け
て上記リニアガイド用突起と係合させ、上記界磁
マグネツトを有する移動子を上記固定側コアレス
電機子と相対的移動させるようにしたことを特徴
