配して該ノツク体４とリフイール３の間にノツク
体４に対し回動自在な回転駒５を介在させて該回
転駒５に係止突起６を設け、クリツプ本体７の弾
性変形によつて持ち上げ可能なクリツプ先端玉部
８に係止段部９を設けると共にクリツプ本体７と
対向する軸筒側面部に係止段部９の後方から係止
段部９の前方へ至る範囲に前記係止突起６が貫出
可能な軸方向に長い窓孔１０を開設し、該窓孔１
０には係止突起６が係止段部９より前方へ移動し
た場合に係止突起６が衝合してすべることにより
該係止突起６が係止段部９の横側方へ変位させら
れる傾斜したカム前縁部１１と、該カム前縁部１
１によつて変位させられた係止突起６が係止段部
９の横を通過して後方へ移動可能な逃げ部１２と
、該逃げ部１２を通つて係止突起６が係止段部９
より後方へ移動した場合に係止突起６又は回転駒
５本体が衝合してすべることにより係止突起６が
係止段部９の後方同一軸線上へ変位させられる傾
斜したカム側縁段部１３をそれぞれ設け、回転駒
５の後退限界までリフイール３が後退した状態で
リフイール３の前端筆記部１４が軸内部に没入す
ると共に係止突起６が係止段部９に係合する位置
までリフイール３が前進した状態で筆記部１４が
