Abstract

PURPOSE:To improve operativity by forming a protrusion on a front side of a console and a recess on a corresponding position on an adjacent console, passing a coupling member through an engagement part of the protrusion and the recess, and providing a slope engaging mechanism for generating coupling force on a direction of junction at the time of relative movement. CONSTITUTION:A through hole 4 through a direction of inserting and removing a package is drilled on a protrusion 2 of a console 1a, a female screw 5 on a recess 3 is formed on a position and a direction corresponding to the protrusion 2 on a console 1b to be stacked and connected with the console 1a, and the consoles are coupled by a bolt inserted into the through hole 4. Further a slope 7 is formed on an inner side of the protrusion 2 and a slope 8 is formed on a corresponding position on the recess 3 to constitute a slope engaging mechanism. Therefore the consoles can be externally connected with each other by sufficient coupling force resulting in improvement of operativity, earthquake proof property and packaging efficiency.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Summary] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a case connection structure that can maintain high package mounting efficiency and at the same time stably connect cases externally to each other. In a case connection structure in which box-shaped cases with open front surfaces into which circuit packages are inserted and removed are arranged in a row and interconnected, at least two protrusions protruding in the case connection direction are formed on the front side of the case. At the same time, a recess into which the convex part engages is formed in a corresponding part on the front side of the adjacent housing to be connected, and the front surface of the housing allows the housing to be relatively movable in the direction of insertion and removal of the electronic circuit package. A fastening member that can be fastened from the side is passed through the uneven engagement portion to connect the casings, and a slope engagement mechanism that can generate a coupling force in the case connection direction when the casings move relative to each other is attached to the uneven engagement portion. It is advisable to form it in the engaging part.

However, in the conventional case connection structure described above, the housing space (range indicated by diagonal lines in FIG. 6) B for an electronic circuit package (hereinafter referred to as package) (not shown) in the case is limited due to the presence of the case connection bolt 53. I end up. That is, in order to secure the tool space for turning the bolt 53, it is necessary to leave at least the space on both sides of the case when viewed from the front side as shown in FIG. Implementation efficiency decreases.

Note that, for example, it is possible to mount the package in this tool (empty) space by burying the head of the bolt 53 in the frame 52, but if this is done, the connection between the casings will be stopped and it will be difficult to remove the package. This work cannot be performed until all the packages in this space have been removed and taken out, which is rather cumbersome and impractical.

Although not shown, it is also possible to connect the casings externally using only bolts without fastening them inside the casing, but this makes it difficult to make a sufficiently stable connection between the casings, resulting in problems such as earthquake resistance. Problems tend to occur.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, the present invention provides a case connection structure in which box-shaped cases with open front faces into which electronic circuit packages are inserted and removed are arranged in a row and interconnected. A convex portion is formed that protrudes in the connecting direction of the two casings, and a concave portion is formed in which the convex portion engages with the corresponding portion on the front side of the adjacent casings to be connected, thereby making it easy to insert the electronic circuit package. A fastening member that can be fastened from the front side of the casing so that the casings can be moved relative to each other in the detachment direction is passed through the concave-convex engaging portion to connect the casings to each other, and furthermore, when the casings are moved relative to each other, the fastening member can be fastened from the front side of the casing. A further feature of the structure is that a slope engagement mechanism capable of generating a bonding force of 1 is provided in the concave and convex engagement portion.

A fastening member is passed through the convex portion on the front side of the casing and the recess into which the convex portion engages, thereby relatively moving the casing. Then, a case coupling force is generated in the case connection direction by the slope engagement mechanism. This allows the casings to be firmly and reliably connected to each other.

Here, referring to FIG. 2 in which only the connecting portion is enlarged, the square columnar convex portion 2 of the lower housing 1a has a through hole 4 that penetrates from the front of the housing to the rear (package insertion/removal direction).
A female thread 5 is formed at a position and in a direction corresponding to the through hole 4 in the rectangular prism-shaped recess 3 of the housing 1b, which is stacked above the housing 1a and connected. From the front side, the bolt (fastening member) 6 connects to the square columnar convex portion 2
It is screwed into the internal thread 5 of the rectangular prism-shaped recess n3 through the through hole 4 (FIG. 1). Note that the rectangular prism-shaped convex portion 2 may be formed integrally with the casing by, for example, molding, but there is no problem in forming it from sheet metal or the like.

On the other hand, the corresponding side surface on the outer side of the quadrangular prism-shaped recess 3 is also partially cut out, facing the upper side of the housing 1b, and rising up in the same way as the slope 7 of the quadrangular prism-shaped convex part 2. A corresponding slope 8 is formed which can face the. Incidentally, this slope 7 and the corresponding slope 8 constitute a slope engagement mechanism referred to in the present invention. Further, these slopes 7 and 8 may be provided anywhere as long as they can have the same engagement relationship.

First, the casing 1b is placed on the lower casing 1a so as to be shifted a predetermined amount to the rear of the casing 1a. Needless to say, the slope 7 of the square columnar convex portion 2 is shifted in this way.
This is to ensure that the corresponding slope 8 of the square columnar recess 3 engages with the corresponding slope 8 of the square columnar recess 3. Next, as described above, the square columnar convex portion 2 and the square columnar recess 3 (that is, the concave-convex engaging portion) are connected with the bolt 6, and the bolt 6 is further screwed in. Therefore, the lower housing 1
The entire upper housing 1b moves in parallel toward the front side with respect to a, and as a result, the slope 7 and the corresponding slope 8 come into close engagement.

In this embodiment, as shown in FIG. 3, the rear side of the casing is connected by screwing bolts 9 in the vertical direction inside the casing, as in the conventional case. In the figure, reference numeral 11 denotes a back boat with female connectors 12 and 13 attached to its front and rear sides, respectively.
On the other hand, the package 14 is inserted into and removed from the opening on the front surface of the housing, and the package 15 is inserted into and removed from the opening on the rear surface of the housing.

As explained above, in the case connection structure of this embodiment, by simply tightening the bolt from the front side of the case, the fastening force by the bolt is strengthened through the wedge effect between the slope of the uneven engagement part and the corresponding slope. This can be converted into case bonding force, which allows cases to be firmly connected without interruption. In addition, as can be well understood from FIG. 4, which shows the casing viewed from the front, the tool space that was previously required is no longer necessary, and the package accommodation space A is expanded accordingly, improving package mounting efficiency. .

As described above, according to the present invention, the casings can be externally connected to each other with sufficient bonding force, and workability, earthquake resistance, etc. can be improved. At the same time, the packaging efficiency of packages and the like is improved by eliminating internal connections.
