As disclosed in Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 53-159619, conventional strip-shaped panels have arch-shaped protrusions formed on the side edges of spaced openings provided in the legs of the beam members, and arc-shaped convex portions are formed on the side edges of the strip-shaped panels. A similar arc-shaped recess is formed, and the recess of the panel is elastically engaged with the projection. In this method, the band panel is brought close to the edge of the leg of the girder material, and the concave part of the side edge of the panel is elastically engaged with the convex part of the opening of the girder material. If a gap is created between the warped portion of the panel when the panel is fitted and the edge of the leg portion of the girder, the panel will vibrate vertically by the amount of this gap.

One of the supporting edges 8 includes a first vertical piece 9, a first horizontal piece 10 extending halfway toward the side edge of the girder opening 3, and extending upward from the first horizontal piece 10. a second vertical piece 11 and the second vertical piece 1
1 and a second horizontal piece 12 provided at the tip.
Each piece creates a groove 14 for receiving a panel removal jig 13 that is open in the direction of the spar opening 3. The second horizontal piece 12 has a hemispherical protrusion 15 at its tip, and the protrusion 15 forms a curve in the notch 5 of the side edge 4 of the opening and a vertical piece etc. The elastic deformation causes elastic engagement. The other supporting edge 8' is shaped symmetrically to the one supporting edge 8, but with a second horizontal piece 12' extending above the second horizontal piece 12 of the adjacent supporting edge 8. Although an example is shown in which the horizontal piece 12' is formed long enough to

The example shown in FIG. 4 will be explained. In this example, the first and second vertical pieces 9, 1 are separated from the panel body 7.
1 is extended, and a groove 14 for receiving a panel removal jig 13 is formed between both vertical pieces 9 and 11. The example in Figure 4 is the same as the one used in Figures 1 and 2.
The horizontal piece 10 is omitted, and the first horizontal piece 10 is integrated with the panel main body 7. 1st
In the examples shown in the drawings and FIG. 4, a panel removal jig 13 having the same shape is used as shown by the chain line, but in FIG. 3, a jig 13' having an L-shaped tip can also be used.

When attaching the panel 6 to the girder 1, the protrusions 15 on the supporting edges 8, 8' of the panel are attached to the opening 3 along the outward-opening inclined edge of the opening side edge 4 of the girder 1. Push it in to slightly elastically deform the support edges 8, 8' outward. Continuing pushing, the protrusion 15 of the panel 6 is elastically pushed into the notch 5 in the side edge 4 of the opening, and the panel 6 is fixed to the beam member 1. In the fixed state, the elastic forces of the supporting edges 8, 8' of the panel 6 and the main body 7 act on the beam member 1, so that the panel 6 does not vibrate or come off.

When removing the panel 6, the tips of the panel removal jigs 13, 13' are engaged with the grooves 14 and pushed in the direction of arrow A. As a result, the main body part 7 of the strip panel 6 is elastically deformed in a gentle arc shape so that its central part approaches the edge of the leg part 2 of the beam member 1, and the second horizontal pieces 12, 12' are moved toward the arrow B direction, the protrusion 15 is pulled out from the notch 5 and made to follow the inclined side edge. On the other hand, the protrusion 15 of the other supporting edge 8 is forced in the direction of arrow C and similarly comes out of the notch 4. In this way, the groove 14 of one support edge 8
By engaging the jigs 13 and 13', sequentially,
The panel 6 can be removed from the beam 1.

A protrusion 15' on the panel 6 as shown in FIG. 5 can be used. This protrusion 15' has a tapered inclined surface. When using this protrusion 15', the cut 5' should also have the same shape. Alternatively, an inclined surface may be provided only on one side.

In the example shown in FIG. 1, the edges of the legs 2 of the girder 1 and the panel main body 7 are parallel, but as shown in FIG. Niguri,
Both ends thereof may be brought into contact with the panel 6. This example also exhibits the same effect as the example shown in FIG.

(Effect) The locking means between the support edge of the panel and the side edge of the opening of the girder does not cause vibration of the panel even if there is a gap between the panel body and the leg of the girder.
Helps deform the bow shape of the panel when removing the panel,
Helps disengage the panel from the girder.
