(Prior Art) Conventionally, spandrels that are installed as interior decorations on ceilings or walls have been stretched starting from one side of the mounting surface and successively stretched so that the side edges of adjacent spandrels overlap each other. Incidentally, the spandrel was generally attached to the mounting surface by screwing.

In addition, bent portions are formed on both side edges of the spandrel,
There is also known a structure in which the bent edges of adjacent spandrels are overlapped and supported by clamping with hanging tools installed on the ceiling or wall (for example, Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 160462/1983).

(Problems to be solved by the invention) In the above-mentioned mounting structure, there is a problem in that the former screw-fastening method does not allow partial removal of the spandrel, especially when the mounting surface is wide or when the tension is just beginning. When removing the parts, there was a problem that the work required a lot of time and effort. On the other hand, the latter method of attaching via a hanging fixture installed on the ceiling or wall allows for partial removal, but there are fewer support points for the spandrel (two-point support), and the spandrel is wider than the other. There were problems such as easy movement in one direction, which caused looseness during installation and loosening after installation.

That is, the spandrel has a bent portion with a T-shaped cross section formed on one side edge, and a bent portion with an inverted L-shaped cross section outwardly formed on the other side edge, so that the horizontal piece of the inverted L-shaped bent portion is formed. The hook can be fitted and latched into the horizontal fitting groove of the T-shaped bent part, and the hook is in contact with an elastic piece that holds the T-shaped bent part from both sides and a horizontal folded piece of the T-shaped bent part. It has a hook that is hooked to the contacting presser piece and the horizontal piece of the inverted L-shaped bent portion, and the T-shaped bent portions of a large number of spandrels arranged in parallel are hooked to the hook, and the spandrel The horizontal piece of the adjacent spandrel is fitted and latched in the horizontal fitting groove in the T-shaped bent part, and the inverted L

(Function) According to the above configuration, any one of the many spandrels arranged side by side can be removed as necessary. That is, when the joint between the inverted L-shaped bent portion of the spandrel to be removed and the T-shaped bent portion of the adjacent spandrel is pushed apart, the hooks hooked to each spandrel are elastically deformed. This causes the spandrel to move laterally, and the engagement latches between the T-shaped bend and the inverted L-shaped bend are released, thereby allowing the required spandrel to be removed.

In addition, when a large number of adjacent spandrels are arranged side by side, the connecting portion between one T-shaped bent portion and the other inverted L-shaped bent portion of adjacent spandrels is supported at at least four points by the hook, and the connecting portion is Since the movement of the spandrel in the horizontal and vertical directions is prevented, play during installation and slack after installation can be eliminated, and the spandrel can be firmly supported.

The spandrel 2 has a horizontal piece 2 as shown in the figure.
A rising part 4c having an inverted L-shaped cross section is formed on one side edge (right edge) of a, and is made up of a rising piece 4a and an inward horizontal piece 4b, and a folded piece 4d is connected to the inward horizontal piece 4b to form a T-shaped cross section. A horizontal fitting groove 5 is provided between the inward horizontal piece 4b and the folded piece 4d. On the other hand, on the other side edge (left side edge) of the horizontal piece 2a, a bent part 6 having an inverted L-shape in cross section is formed by an upright piece 6a and an outward horizontal piece 6b.
b have the same height so as to fit into the horizontal fitting groove 5.

Further, as shown in FIGS. 3 to 6, the hanging tool 3 consists of two plates 7a and 7b (made of stainless steel strip for springs), and the middle part of one plate 7a is punched out. At the same time, the side edges are bent downward, and the spandrel 2 is attached to the middle part of the bent piece 9.
A locking recess 10 is formed for locking one side of the T-shaped bent portion 4. The other plate 7b
is superposed and fixed to the lower surface of one side of the plate body 7a, and its side edge is bent downward to face the latching recess 10, and the bent piece 11 and the presser piece 8, A gap 12 is formed into which one side of the T-shaped bent part 4 is inserted, and a hook part 13 is formed to hang one side of the outward horizontal piece 6b of the bent part 6. The bent pieces 9 and 11 are adapted to sandwich the bent portion 4 of the spandrel 2, which has a T-shaped cross section, from the outside.

As shown in Figure 2, the installation is performed sequentially from the left side in the figure. In contrast to the left spandrel 2, for the right spandrel 2, first insert the folded piece 4d of the T-shaped bent portion 4 obliquely into the latch 3, and while expanding the folded piece 11, open the spandrel 2. The outward horizontal piece 6b of the L-shaped bent part 6 is parallel to the ceiling surface, and then the horizontal fitting groove of the T-shaped bent part 4 of the left spandrel 2 is inserted into the horizontal fitting groove by the elastic force of the bent piece 11. 5. By repeating this operation, a large number of spandrels 2, 2 can be arranged in parallel on the lower surface of the ceiling. The connecting part between the T-shaped bent part 4 and the L-shaped bent part 6 of the adjacent spandrels 2, 2 is connected to the hook 3.
It is housed in the bent pieces 9 and 11 of the connector, and is supported at at least four points a, b, c, and d as shown in FIG. be done. Therefore, each spandrel 2,2
It can be installed firmly without any looseness during installation or loosening after installation.

Removal can be performed by substantially reversing the above procedure. That is, by widening the joint portions 14 of the adjacent spandrels 2, 2, the outward horizontal piece 6b fitted in the horizontal fitting groove 5 in this portion is allowed to escape, and the escaped spandrel 2 is bent in a T-shape. The bent piece 11 of the hook 3 that is hooked by the portion 4 is expanded. Next, by lowering the outward horizontal piece 6b side, the spandrel 2 can be removed.
