にリング状溝が形成され、該溝には周の一部が切
り離された、Ｃ型をなす弾性体よりなるロツクリ
ング体が、切り離し部にスペーサを介挿した上で
前記リング状溝に嵌合され、前記スペーサは受口
より外方へ抜き出し可能とされてなることを特徴
