Claims (1)
- 粉体のタンク、ホツパにおいて内部粉体のスム
ーズな排出を行わせるための加振装置と、加振装
置によるホツパの振動を検出する検出器とを具備
し、ダストの付着の有無による振動特性の相違に
よつて空検出を行うことを特徴とする粉体処理設
備の空検出装置。
