(Prior Art) Conventionally, as disclosed in Japanese Patent Publication No. 46-1510, this type of toilet cleaning device has been known, for example, by opening a solenoid valve when a user stands in front of the urinal, and flushing water into the toilet. After that, when the user leaves the toilet, the solenoid valve is opened again to supply cleaning water and flush away the dirty water.

(Problem that the invention aims to solve) However, in the conventional toilet bowl cleaning device as mentioned above, after the human body is sensed and pre-flushing is performed, flushing water is not supplied until the person leaves the toilet bowl, so the inner surface of the bowl is When wet with urine, this vaporizes and generates an odor, and there is a risk that the urine will bounce off the inner surface of the bowl and splash onto the user, so it is extremely difficult to bring odor components and dust into the workplace. It was inadequate as a toilet device for IC factories, food factories, etc.

Therefore, one idea is to keep the solenoid valve open while the toilet is in use to continue supplying flushing water, but this leaves the problem that the longer the toilet is in use, the more flushing water is consumed, which is uneconomical. was.

The present invention was devised in view of the problems of the prior art, and its purpose is to supply flush water to the toilet from the time it is detected that the toilet is being used until the user leaves. The next step is to reduce the total amount of washing water supplied while creating a water film on the inner surface of the bowl.

(Function) With the above-mentioned technical means, washing water is intermittently supplied to the inner surface of the urinal bowl from the moment a human body is detected until the person leaves, forming a water film on the inner surface of the bowl.
The water film prevents urine from adhering to the inner surface of the bowl and from splashing back.

b is provided with a solenoid valve 4c, and the solenoid valve 4c is electrically connected to the control unit 3, and the solenoid valve 4c is periodically opened in response to a command from the control unit 3 to flow the water from the water supply pipe 4b to the water passage 4a. Washing water is supplied intermittently, and the washing water flows along the inner wall of the urinal 1 from a large number of water holes 4d opened in the bottom wall of the water passage 4a, thereby washing the inside of the urinal 1. Washing water and urine from the washing device are discharged from the urinal 1 to the outside of the clean room A via a drain trap 5a and a drain pipe 5b.

The sensing unit 2 is composed of a photoelectric sensor, and detects the human body standing in front of the urinal 1 when using the toilet, and sends the sensing signal to the control unit 3, making the control unit 3 recognize the start of the toilet. Urinal 1 formed so as not to obstruct the flow of clean air inside A
It is attached almost flush with the upper front wall 1b of the. As shown in FIG. 5, the mounting structure of the sensing part 2 is as shown in FIG.
At the same time, the light emitting and light receiving plate 2a at the front end of the sensing section is brought into contact with the outer surface of the front wall 1b, while the mounting screw shaft 2b at the rear end is attached to the inner surface of the front wall 1b with a bracket 6a and a nut 6b. That is, when the user stands in front of the urinal 1, the sensing section 2 senses the human body and sends the sensing signal to the control section 3. This sensing signal is canceled if the output is within a predetermined period of time, for example, 3 seconds, thereby preventing unnecessary operation of the toilet bowl cleaning device.

When the sensing signal is input to the control unit 3 for 3 seconds or more, the solenoid valve 4c of the toilet bowl cleaning device opens in response to a command from the control unit 3, and the toilet bowl B starts to be flushed before using the toilet. The opening time of the solenoid valve 4c is 1 second,
After the opening time has elapsed, the solenoid valve 4c closes and opens again 6 seconds later, and such periodic opening and closing operations of the solenoid valve 4c are repeated multiple times during the toileting time.

The opening and closing times of the solenoid valve 4c are determined by the control unit 3.
The solenoid valve 4c is counted by a timer, and the solenoid valve 4c opens and closes at intervals of a set time in the control section.

By the periodic opening/closing operation of the solenoid valve 4c, an appropriate amount of flushing water is intermittently supplied into the urinal 1 from before the start of urination to after the end of the urination, and water is constantly supplied to the inner wall of the urinal 1. It forms a film and cleans without leaving urine components behind, and there is no odor. That is, even if the user leaves the urinal 1 after urinating and the input of the sensing signal from the sensing section 2 to the control section 3 stops, the supply is continued by opening the solenoid valve 4c before stopping. The flushed water cleans the inside of the urinal 1.

While the toilet is in use, flushing water is supplied to the toilet bowl intermittently, and a water film is formed on the inner surface of the bowl of the urinal, and this water film prevents urine from adhering to the inner surface of the bowl and from splashing back. Therefore, while the toilet is in use, the total supply amount can be reduced while continuing to supply flushing water and creating a water film on the inner surface of the bowl.

Therefore, compared to conventional systems in which flushing water is not supplied until the user leaves the toilet bowl after sensing a human body and pre-flushing, urine may adhere to the inner surface of the bowl after pre-flushing and generate odor. In addition, the droplets do not bounce back onto the user, making it effective as a toilet device in clean rooms that require particularly high levels of cleanliness. It is economical as it consumes less water and saves water.
