Abstract

PURPOSE:To stick precisely a thin film to a molded body without generating positional deviation and insert automatically the fringe part of the thin film into a groove of the molded body, a by a method wherein the title device is made into a constitution where a top force into which an annular groove is formed, a bottom inner and outer forces with guide pin held elastically and an insertion blade are combined with one another. CONSTITUTION:A thin film S where it is cut into a desired form and an adhesive agent is applied to the rear into which a through hole R corresponding to a fitting hole H of the molded body W is bored is put on a fixed position of a bottom inner force 6 by fitting a through hole R over a guide pin 6A by turning the surface downward. Then a molded body W where a groove U is formed in the fringe part to which the thin film S is to be stuck is put on the upper part of a bottom outer force 10 by turning the groove U to the lower part and causing a fitting hole H to correspond to the guide pin A. Then a top force fitting plate 1 is lowered, the molded body W is stuck to the undersurface of a top force 2 and the guide pin 6A is inserted into the fitting hole H and a recessed part 2A. Then the fringe part of a thin film S is inserted into a groove U part of the molded body W with the insertion blade 9 and the lowering is stopped.

In addition, various efforts have been made to improve the appearance of the peripheral edge of the thin film material, and the most attractive configuration is to create grooves in the part of the molded product where the peripheral edge of the thin film is located. The peripheral edge of the thin film is inserted into this groove.

Further, an insertion blade (9) corresponding to the uneven shape of the groove formed in the upper mold (2) is erected on the peripheral edge of the fixed plate (4). The insertion blade (9) is normally located slightly below the surface of the lower inner mold (6). Further, on the outside of the lower inner mold (6), a perforated lower outer mold (10) having a mold surface that is almost the same as the outer mold surface of the groove formed in the upper mold (2) is mounted on a movable plate ( 11) and a plurality of coil springs (1 2) (1 2), the lower inner mold (6) is elastically supported on the lower mold mounting plate (3) with a slight gap between the lower and outer molds. The mold (10) is normally supported so as to protrude slightly above the surface of the lower inner mold (6). The lower outer mold (10) is also the lower inner mold (

The structure constructed in this way is in the state shown in Figure 1.
A thin film (S) that has been cut into a desired shape in advance and has through holes (R) that correspond to the mounting holes (H) of the molded body (W).
Apply adhesive to the back side of the mold, and insert the guide pin (6A) into the through hole (R) with the surface facing downward, and insert the lower inner mold (6).
Place it in the specified position. At this time, the thin film (S) is inserted into the lower inner mold (6) by inserting the through holes (R) into the plurality of guide pins (6A).
Since it is placed on top, the positioning is accurate.

Next, a press machine (not shown) is operated to lower the upper die mounting plate (1). By this lowering operation, the upper mold (2) first pinches the precept-shaped object (W) with the lower outer mold (10), bringing the precept-shaped object (W) into close contact with the lower surface of the upper mold (2). If the descent continues in this state, the lower outer mold (lO) will be lowered against the coil spring (l2) (12) and the precept shape (W) will be lowered.

This state continues for a predetermined period of time, and when the adhesion of the thin film to the precept form (W) becomes sufficient, the press machine (not shown) operates in reverse. Due to this operation, the thin film (S) is attached to the molded body (W), and the peripheral end of the thin film (S) is inserted into the groove (U) (see Figure 2 (opening)). The lower outer mold (10
) is placed on top. (Fig. 1) This is removed manually and the same operation as described above is repeated.

Next, another embodiment will be explained with reference to FIG. 3. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 3, the guide pin (6A) of the lower inner mold (6) in FIG. 1 is elastically supported via a coil spring (6B). With this structure, it is possible to cope with the case where the mounting hole (H) cannot be provided in advance in the molded body (W). In this case, there is no need to drill the recess (2A) in the upper mold (2), and the guide pin (6A) is attached to the coil spring (6B) when the upper mold (2) and lower mold (6) (10) are aligned. The thin film (S) is lowered against the movement of the thin film (S) to prevent it from shifting.
