Claims (1)
- 回転する１対の冷却ドラムと同１対の冷却ドラ
ムの一方の端面にそれぞれ押付けられた１対のサ
イド堰とで形成した湯溜り部に溶湯を供給して板
状に凝固させて金属帯板を連続鋳造する双ドラム
式連続鋳造装置において、前記サイド堰の断熱材
と同断熱材に凸設され溶湯と接触する耐火物とを
前記冷却ドラムの両端面と接触する面において複
数に分割し、この各々の断熱材の背面と前記サイ
ド堰の台座との間に耐熱弾性体を介装して成るこ
とを特徴とする双ドラム式連続鋳造装置のサイド
堰。
