ルド成形され、上記キヤビテイ誘電体に電極膜が
形成されて成るＴＭモード誘電体共振器において

たはエツジ部の少なくとも一箇所を面取りまたは
曲面化したことを特徴とするＴＭモード誘電体共
振器。
