- 支持用体に形成した開口に回転軸の端部を位置
させて前記回転軸を前記支持用体に軸支し、前記
回転軸の端部を覆い且つ前記開口を閉塞すべく前

の端部に回転抵抗を付与させ且つ前記回転軸の端
部でシールを果す回転変動防止機構を前記キヤツ
