後板、レール、本体の底片間にビスを介して一体
として本体を組み立て、この本体内に抽出を出し
入れ自在に設けるが、この抽出は抽出胴板、後
板、鏡板とより成り、且抽出胴板を本体の前框開
口部より挿入されるようコ字形断面状に折り曲
げ、この後端には後板を本体と同様に係片をプレ
ス加工にて互いに挾持して一体となし且前端面に
はその係片にビス止にて鏡板を設けてなる。

が、これはカラー鉄板等の金属板より成る抽出胴
板4を断面コ字形に屈曲形成し、その両側の端縁
を内側に円パイプ状にカールさせて手指等が傷つ
けないように配慮すると共に前後両側には夫々直
角に折り曲げて即ち前端部では底片4a、側片4
bに連なる係片4cを外側に、後端部では同様に
して設けられる後框片4dを内側に折り曲げそし
てこの後框片4dの先端をさらにある角度をもつ
て内側へ折り曲げ係片4eを形成する。

るので組立が簡易となり、またスポツト溶接作業
がないのでカラー鉄板が使用可能であるため組立
後の塗装手数が省略でき、これにより安価に製造
できる等の利点がある。

屈曲してレールを夫々配設支持する底片を形成
し、前記側板の前端縁を内側に折り曲げて前框を
形成し、側板後端には後板の両側に形成した係片
と互いに挾持される係片を一体に形成して成り、
後板は両側に係片を、また下端を内側へ折り曲げ
て前記前框部材と対向するよう底片を形成して成
り、抽出胴板は前記衣装函の本体と対向して上面
が開口したコ字形断面を有し、前面に鏡板をビス
止めにて係着する係片を、また後端には後板の両
側に形成した係片と互いに入子式にて係着される
係片と底板後端を屈曲して後框片を形成して成る
ことを特徴とする衣装函。
