【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は家庭用電気機器等に使用されているシ
ーソボタン装置に関する。

ものが提案されているが、なかでも組立が簡単
で、且つ、シーソボタンの揺動中心を取付枠体の
裏面に近接させたものとして、本出願人は先に第
1図の如き構造のシーソボタン装置を提案した。
即ち、この第1図の装置では、枠体1の取付開口
2の裏面側に一対の挾持片よりなる受け部3,
3′を設け、シーソボタン4の下面側に一体に成
型されたL型の係合部5,5′を上記受け部3,
3′に嵌め込んで揺動自在に取付け、且つ、この
シーソボタンの突ピン6,6′に対向する位置に
ラバースイツチ7,7′を配置した基板8をネジ
9,9′によつて前記枠体1のボス10,10に
固定しており、シーソボタン4の長手方向の一方
の端部を押圧した時に前記係合部5,5′のネツ
ク片5a,5a′が屈曲することにより、その押圧
された側の端部が下方に移動して突ピン6,6′
の一方が前記スイツチ7,7′の一方を作動させ
るようになつている。

なつたり、取付開口2に対して凹凸を生じて外観
的に見若しくなると云う欠点があつた。

ば弾性腕15が外側に広がることよつてシーソボ
タン16が透孔14,14′を支点として反時計
方向に回動し、作動片18によつてラバースイツ
チ23が閉成される。その際、シーソボタン16
の端部に大きな押圧力が加わつても、このボタン
16の必要以上の移動が阻止部15aによつて阻
止されるので、シーソボタンが損傷することはな
い。そして、上記押圧力を解除すると、弾性腕1
5の復元力によつてシーソボタン16は元の状態
に復帰する。シーソボタン16の他方の端部を押
圧した場合も同様である。

ができ、スイツチ23,23′の一方を確実に選
択的に動作させることができ、しかも、大きな操
作力が加わつた場合でもシーソボタンが損傷する
ことがない。また、スイツチ23,23′を基板
19に取付けるまでの間、シーソボタン16を枠
体11に仮保持させることができると云う利点も
ある。

方向の両側壁の夫々に設けた係合部を前記受け部
を支点として回動自在になるよう該受け部に嵌め
込むと共に、このシーソボタンの幅方向の両側壁
に前記弾性腕が圧接して該シーソボタンを挾持せ
しめるようにしたことを特徴とするシーソボタン
装置。
