の誘導電極を設けて、放電電極と誘導電極の両電
極間に高周波の高電圧を印加することにより放電
電極側の基板表面に無声放電を生起させ、無声放
電域の酸素の一部をオゾン化するオゾン発生装置
において、 前記放電電極を面状に形成し、これに少なくと
も一個の丸穴を設けて、この丸穴部で無声放電を
生起させるように構成したことを特徴とするオゾ
