Abstract

PURPOSE:To arouse interest of an observer by making display gears for hour and minute supported with a shaft at the tip of hour and minute hands rotate being meshed with an internal gear as the hour and minute gears turn to display a time with a mark on the display gear making a cycloid motion. CONSTITUTION:A timepiece machine body 2 is fastened on the back of a mounting plate 1 and a hour hand shaft 3 and a minute hand shaft 4 are fitted into a center hole 1a of the mounting plate 1 coaxially being projected and a hour hand 5 and a minute hand 6 are press fitted securely at each tip thereof. A pin 7 is mounted at the tip of the hour hand 5 and a hour display gear 10 is supported with a shaft free to turn on the outer circumference of the pin 7 through a bushing 8 and a minute hand 6 is constructed in the same manner. The gear 9 and a minute display gear 10 are provided with a mark near a circumferential part thereof.
