Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a small bag to contain raw garbage when separated from a thermo plastic resin film, by forming the small bag within said film by sealing both sides and the bottom thereof defined in a part of a film bag opening and also providing a separation line at the outside of the seal line. CONSTITUTION:A thermo plastic film bag 1 is produced by closing one end of a cylindrical film, made by an inflation method, for instance, and cut in a specified length, by means of a seal 2. A small bag 3 is formed by the inside partitioned with a U-shape seal line 5 which defines both sides and the bottom of the small bag in the middle of an opening 4 of the bag 1. In the outside of the above seal line 5, a separation line 6 is made as a perforation to separate the small bag 3 along this edge, when a number of fine holes 7 for drain are perforated in the lower half of the small bag 3 for instance, the small bag 3 can be set in a basket provided at a corner of a sink in a kitchen after it is separated by use of the separation line 6.

[Detailed Description of the Invention] [Field of Industrial Application] This invention uses a film such as a plastic film, or a film made by impregnating or laminating paper or nonwoven fabric with a thermoplastic resin (hereinafter referred to as a thermoplastic film). This relates to various packaging bags.

As mentioned above, conventional bags are simply bags made of film, etc., so, for example, when storing garbage separately into dry paper waste and food waste from a kitchen. Alternatively, in the case of packaging other items that cannot be stored together, it is necessary to prepare two types of bags, which is troublesome.

In order to solve the above-mentioned problems, this invention forms a pouch with an arbitrary shape inside by applying a series of seals to both ends and the bottom of the film on both sides of the opening of a bag made of thermoplastic film. The outer side of the above seal part has 1. A separation line is provided for easy separation.
