イド孔と、該ガイド孔に貫挿され先端が前記ハン
ドルの回動を妨げない第１スライド位置と先端部
が前記鎖錠孔に嵌入する第２スライド位置との間
を直線摺動する鎖錠ピンと、前記鎖錠孔に嵌入し
た前記鎖錠ピンを前記第２スライド位置に固定す
