Claims (1)
、中央部に孔を有する中間電極板の両面に上記各
孔が整合するように貼り合わせて成る電歪素子に
おいて、上記一対の圧電セラミツク板の変位量が
最大となる部分の近傍部分に、内周部から外周部
に渡つて延びる欠損部を互いに重ならないように
