Claims (1)
- それぞれプレス成形された上下１対のアクスル
ハウジング部材の水平合わせ面を合わせたのち、
そのロンジシームを溶接してなるアクスルハウジ
ング本体の角型断面部、円形断面部にそれぞれ支
持ブラケツト、バツクプレートを外挿したのち溶
接してなるアクスルハウジングにおいて、上下１
対のアクスルハウジング部材のプレス成形時に合
わせ面に同時に圧縮プレス加工された外向下り勾
配の傾斜面部によりＶ型開先を形成し、このＶ型
開先に沿つて低い余盛り高さでロンジシーム溶接
した溶接部に上記支持ブラケツト、バツクプレー
トをそれぞれ外挿溶着したことを特徴とするアク
スルハウジングの溶接構造。
