９は第２の方向性結合器、１０は電圧制御型ミ
リ波帯ガン発振器、１１は周波数弁別器、１２は
増幅器、１３は加算器、１５はループフイルタ・
ドライバ回路、１６は目標正弦波電圧発生回路で
ある。なお図中、同一符号は、同一または相当部
分を示す。
