の連通筒１２の前部側筒壁に窓１３を開通した回
動可能な天蓋２とからなり、天蓋２を半周回動す
るとこの天蓋２、従つて注出孔９が前部側に傾斜
し、かつ窓１３が窓７に重合連通して注出可能と
