Claims (1)
- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 射出ノズル４の先端部４ｂに形成された射
出孔４ａの近傍に設けられた電極部６ａ〜６ｄと
、前記射出ノズル４と対向して設けられ前記先端
部４ｂが接触する金型ノズル接触面２ｃを有する
金型２と、前記電極部６ａ〜６ｄと金型２に接続
され前記電極部６ａ〜６ｄに正電位を供給する電
源部９と、前記電源部９に接続された接触信号出
力部１２とを備え、前記電極部６ａ〜６ｄが前記
金型２と接触した場合、前記接触信号出力部１２
から接触信号１２ａを出力するように構成したこ
とを特徴とする射出ノズルの金型接触検出装置。 (2) 前記電極部６ａ〜６ｄは、前記射出ノズル
４を中心として角度９０°位置において合計４個
配設されているようにしたことを特徴とする請求
項１記載の射出ノズルの金型接触検出装置。
