を有する第2ブロツクと、前記エゼクタ機構によ
つて発生された真空状態を破壊する流体蓄積手段
を有する第3ブロツクと、前記制御弁の制御によ
り前記エゼクタ機構に対する作動流体を供給する
作動流体供給ポートおよび前記エゼクタ機構の真
空発生部に連通される真空ポートが形成されてい
るマニホールドとを備え、前記第1ブロツクおよ
び前記第2ブロツクと前記第3ブロツクとの一交
軸方向の幅員がほぼ同じ幅員に形成され、この幅
員内において前記第1ブロツクおよび前記第2ブ
ロツクと前記マニホールドとの間に前記第3ブロ
ツクが介在されて相互に結合されることを特徴と
する真空発生装置。 2 前記真空状態の発生とその真空状態の破壊と
