号にて送出する手段と、装置異常が記録紙なしのみの場
合には記録機能のみ不可能状態とする手段とを備えて構

し、リンガ検出した場合には、記録Ｍｊｉ能不能能可能
状態たｆ＆、前記音声合成器６に音声出力のセットを行
