Claims (1)
ングの内部に所定の間隔を有して対向設置された
リング状の一対の圧電素子と、この圧電素子に挟
まれるデイスクと、このデイスクに連結された従
動軸とを具備しており、前記圧電素子に電圧を印
加して圧電素子をデイスク方向へ歪ませて、デイ
スクと圧電素子とを密着させ、連結するようにし
