- 一対の電極板が取り付けられた固体電解質の少
なくとも片面に、外表面に金属ペーストを焼成し
てなる金属膜が形成された多孔質焼結体を設け、
上記金属膜に気体拡散孔を設けたことを特徴とす
るガスセンサ。
