を組込み固定してなる静止側シール部と、この静
止側シール部のシールリングに摺接されるメイテ
イングリングを前記回転軸の軸周に固定してなる
回転側シール部とから構成し、かつ前記シールカ
バーに流体を静止側シール部側に注入排出するフ
ラツシング孔を設けた軸封装置であつて、前記シ
ールカバーの内径部に前記リテーナを廻り止めす
るクラツチ部と、前記フラツシング孔から注入さ
れる流体をシールリングとメイテイングリングと
の摺接部に案内するフローガイド部とを一体に形
