作される方向の移動を阻止するロツク手段と、 前記シフトレバーの前記走行レンジへの操作に
適する車両状態を検出してロツク解除信号を出力
する車両状態検出手段と、 該ロツク解除信号に応答して前記ロツク手段に
よるロツクを解除することにより、前記シフトレ
バーの前記パーキングレンジから走行レンジへの
